Kimmy's Digital Diary - August 15 2025

Sometimes I forget I’m still young and have a whole life ahead of me. I can slow down, I don’t have to worry as much as I do.

If I change my state and just decide that I’m exactly where I want to be the opportunities will find their ways to me.

what's been cooking in my kitchen 🍳 :

• breakfast: sourdough toast with cream cheese, smoked salmon, everything bagel seasoning, and scrambled eggs

• lunch: sourdough toast, prosicuttio, capiollo, arugula, parmesan, balsamic glaze

• dinners: roasted whole chicken and rice, one-pan hearty spagetti and salmon, sesame chicken and fried rice
